Following completion of the form, you will be required to pay the relevant registration fees to confirm your registration. Once registration fees and form are submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. If not received contact the Pharmaceutical Society of Jamaica. Non-PSJ Members/General Public - $30,000 JMD

PSJ Members - $25,000 JMD

Pharmacy Technicians and Students - $15000
